the montreal bedroom party

early in december falls apart took a little road trip to montreal. we were just looking for a good time, and as usual, we got more than we bargained for. the band performed for an intimate, but lively group at an apartment party. since the bedroom was the biggest room in the place, we set up our makeshift, semi-acoustic rock and roll show there and proceeded to rock the house (or apartment, as it was). darryl found a dijimbe drum to add to his stripped down drum kit, graeme used a cheezy portable keyboard to replace piano in a few songs (the real one just wouldn't fit in roger's car), and roger used the dresser to prop himself up as a replacement for being sober. who ever said we weren't an adaptable band? we were also joined by various party attendees who lent their musical talents to songs over the course of the evening.
